With a business and engineering background, I bridge C-suite strategy discussions with tech-design debates. During more than 10 years in consulting and managerial roles (incl. strategy players like BCG and Roland Berger), I steered large and small organizations through growth periods and turnaround situations. Applying agile methodologies and design-focused thinking, I specialize in fine-tuning the business model and designing operations to scale in a cost-effective way.

I am keenly interested in emerging tech and have a "try-out" mentality that enables me to have meaningful client conversations about it. I consulted clients in Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Asia on a wide range of strategy, product, and transformation challenges. I value trust-based consulting engagement and know that it takes some time to get-to-know each other to create the real value clients seek in an engagement.

I am passionate about education and continuous learning. I founded the first junior management consulting firm for cooperative students in Germany that allows high-potential students to further expand their skillset while being in university and a full-time traineeship. Besides this, I offer lectures and workshop formats for non-profit organizations worldwide. I especially focus on transferring strategic thinking and problem-solving techniques to the classroom to enable students to build valuable skills for the workplace of tomorrow.
