Overview of Role Design of fully automated Hydraulic Tyre Curing Presses for tyre majors like Good Year, Continental, Pirelli, MRF and Apollo Tyres with Testing in house and Trouble shooting while installation at customer site. Responsibilities • Design and Detailing of Mechanical & Hydraulic components for fully automated Hydraulic Tyre Curing Presses, Power Packs, Manifolds, Hoses & Hydraulic Piping. • Creation of Part Lists, Bill of Materials and Change Control Documents for modifications • Sizing & Selection of Bought-Out Catalogue items and Vendor Development. • In house Testing for hydraulic systems and Trouble Shooting while Installation at customer site. • Fatigue Design and Failure Analysis of 130” Mechanical Tyre Curing Press for Good Year.
