I create tutorials that capture the end users attention and allow them to learn new information in an interactive, exciting way. No one wants to sit around and read about how something works, they want to be able to see it and get actual demonstrations, and that's exactly what I create. I also create PDFs that are lively and interactive that grab the user’s interest. PDFs aren’t just for viewing documents that can be interactive files full of data and information. Making it easy for the user to explore and gather information makes them more likely to return and learn more. There’s also a need for fillable forms online. There’s no reason that a user should be printing and handwriting forms, plus who wants to go back and try to decipher the user’s writing? Interactive forms are what you should be distributing and making available to your clients and employees.
