I am passionate and hardworking with great interpersonal skills. I have experience with Data Entry from being employed at Hope Research Group in 2017 to present as a Field Analyst and Team Leader where one of my main responsibilities was to do data entry for the information gathered in the field.  I was also responsible for recruiting and training staff on the research methods being used in the field.  


While being employed at Silks Boutique Hotel where I was the Assistant Manager for 5 years, I dealt with hiring staff, dealing with customer complaints, and making sure the hotel was running smoothly. 


I am also knowledgeable as a Customer Service Specialist having worked for 3 years at the Premier Call Center in Dominica, Clear Harbor where I was trained extensively.


 I work hard to provide excellent Customer Care and Human Resource Assistance satisfactorily no matter your business or line work. I thrive under difficult or highly pressured situations that require me to think outside the box. I am always open to new opportunities and learning new skills to keep me up to date with the emerging needs of clients.
