I have been working as a lead generation specialist for the past 3 years. In this role, I am responsible for generating leads for the sales team and ensuring that they are qualified. I work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and then reach out to them through various channels, such as email, phone, and social media. I also track and manage leads through our CRM system.
In addition to lead generation, I also provide support to the sales team in other areas, such as customer service and administrative tasks.
