Lead Generation

For the past 15 years, I extended my years of administrative experience into telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting and customer service, mainly working in a telecommute position generating both cold and warm leads. The positions entailed working for small-to-medium sized businesses in various CRM applications as the contact manager integrating emails, documents, jobs, faxes, and scheduling for individual accounts. During the five years with The Employment Guide publication, I built a base of and maintained between 250 and 300 accounts for all of Southeast Michigan.
