I enjoy making calls to businesses and speaking to people to see WHO is the GO-TO PERSON for a sale. I have learned to deal with gatekeepers and get what I need to generate leads for a sales staff. I have been known to make a sale or two just in my Lead Generating. I try to learn my product or service inside and out so I can answer questions. I also know when to leave the sales to the Sales Reps too. There is a fine line and I have learned NOT to cross it.
