I have worked for many years in Engineering Firm environments dealing with creation of transmittal drawing packages, direct contact customer service and care issues, and various project deadlines. I am a self motivator and enjoy new tasks and projects. I am also able to work split shift hours allowing for wider range of demographic coverage. Most of my customer service skills comes from dealing directly one-on-one with clients. I have worked in and with various engineering firms/fields for over 10+ years creating, submitting, and performing following up of Cad drawing submittal packages. I am a well organized person who pays special attention to details.
