Handle all preparations and facilitate leadership development trainings and conferences, business programs, and seminars. Determine topics, agenda, and materials. Provide high quality individual instructions to business owners, managers, and ministry leaders. Assist and equip new and current staff through training that ensures they are supporting the individuals of their organization properly. Develop volunteers and volunteer structure. Participate in organizations staff meetings.
