I help leaders reach their potential. I specialize in helping new leaders who need direction and leaders who are struggling. Many times, when we promote people into leadership roles, we don't give them the time and training they need to build the skills required for effective leadership. I work 1-on-1 with leaders to fill in those gaps. I help them build the skill to provide feedback, strategize, plan, and most importantly, lead a great team. I believe in servant leadership, and I help leaders develop a servant leadership mentality - always working for the benefit of the team and the organization.
