Jeffersen Pierrelouis has spent years motivating and inspiring audiences at the early age prior to his military duty. After starting his career in the US Military, he is now seen as the go-to motivational keynote speaker for corporate, military personal and association markets that want their people to improve their morale, teamwork, and communication skills and ultimately achieve more results. With his background as Coach and CFO for a major Business consultant company, Jeffersen honed his skills to motivate audiences who are often hard to motivate. With his engaging, and fun personality, Jeffersen connects with his audiences immediately and delivers content that they can immediately use when they get back to their office or their field. Jeffersen is currently continue his academic study at Central Texas College Certified, Trained, and Performed as Personnel Administrator, Human Resources, Personnel Management, Records Keeping, and Parachutist. He is married to Ruth Pierre-Louis and they have a daughter. In 2013, Jeffersen was awarded the Military Outstanding Volunteering Award, for over 500 dedicated hours towards numerous communities around his assigned Military Base.
