The Olympians Professional Leadership Academy develops and/or enhances leadership management skills for emerging/entry-level leaders, career leader professionals, and business organizational leadership teams. Our curriculum leverages cognitive, behavioral competencies through the application of problem solving and intellectual skills building, which are gained through applied methods, practices, techniques, and assessments and is designed to give a solid foundation for the fostering of strong, effective leadership skills, transferrable across any industry. Leaders learn to leverage tools and best practices for becoming highly effective, productive, confident, and influential in the workforce.
How Long Does a Session Run?
Students complete the full leadership program in 5 months (20 weeks). Every group learner will have the same start date and release schedule when they enroll into the semester course. Module chapters and sub-chapters will be released weekly, which will provide all learners with the opportunity to maintain a work/life balance and study regimen, which allows opportunity for program completion. Upon course enrollment, learners will have access to their own, personalized Student Dashboard where they, along with the instructor, will be able to follow and monitor their progress.
The Academy Program Consists of:
Enrollment fee, online course materials, instructor support, course module progress status, coaching sessions, certificate of achievement, and letter of recommendation (upon successful completion of all required coursework and coaching sessions).
1. Core Leadership Modules - Core Leadership Modules are designed to provide a framework of best practices to help develop and incorporate a solid foundation of skillsets for leaders in any industry.
2. Continual Leadership Modules (CLM's) - Continual Leadership Modules (CLMs) are offered to allow for additional development in specific areas of interest to support the building and strengthening of leadership skillsets. The modules are designed to continue knowledge building, comprehension and application development, problem solving, and evaluation.
3. Professional Certification - Professional Leadership Development certifications are offered upon course completion, demonstrating commitment to understanding and excelling in core leadership principles and that you have acquired specific skills, knowledge, and development in a specific area of focus. It allows for new career opportunities, transition your career role, or advance your leadership skills for career role enhancement.
