Leadership Training Effective leadership improves employee attitudes and self-awareness. This leads to safer and more productive worksite environments. Our training classes teach critical leadership and management skills and behaviors which foster improved safety and human performance. The Control Zone Difference Our workshops are based on a scientific model of leadership development. They focus on the development of specific leadership and management behaviors rather than leadership styles or traits. In addition, all of our workshops incorporate client-specific feedback and are tailored to the unique training needs of three different trainee populations: non-managers, mid-level managers, and upper-level managers/senior leaders. About Our Workshop Facilitators Our lead facilitator and workshop designer has received extensive formal training in the science of leadership development (Ph.D., Industrial/Organizational Psychology). In addition, our instructor team is comprised of accomplished leaders whose first-hand experiences with the subject matter shed real-world light on the science. This combination of textbook knowledge and applied experience makes our leadership improvement strategy highly effective at gaining message buy-in from employees at all levels. Leadership Training Topics We offer many leadership training workshops. Below is a list of sample leadership training topics, with an emphasis on specific leadership and management behaviors trained. • Management Versus Leadership • Characteristics of an Effective Team Leader • How to Motivate Your Employees • Employee Supervision • Communicating a Clear Safety Vis
