As an attorney, I have counseled clients through bankruptcy and restructuring. While my knowledge base continues to grow, I can identify issues, and make strategic plans to resolve those issues. Through my work and studies I understand the various facets of mergers, integrations, and divesture transactions. With a BBA in economics, I am familiar with analyzing financials and possess strong comprehension and analysis skills regarding business documents and other highly technical literature. Being a people-person that has presented cases in open court, I have learned to articulate my position and persuade others without ostracizing them. This translates into the ability to help those who may not be as familiar with the technicalities of a particular situation understand complex concepts.
