Facilitate training on customer service, accent neutralization, ESL, Email Etiquette, products and services, organizational development, and facilitation and presentation skills. I also work with operations managers to identify training needs, create content, plan training, and execute training and refresher sessions in the endeavor to improve overall team performance. I also coach individual who need hands on intervention to scale up to optimum levels of performance on metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, NPS, and AHT. Experience in training has also given me insight into proofreading content for errors and revision, editing content, and writing.
