I have over 10 years experience working as a designer, educator and project manager of learning experiences including: elearning, blended learning, classroom learning, corporate training, experiential learning and presentations. I have a deep understanding of learning theories (including a master's degree in Organizational Learning), and am continuously pushing myself to apply the latest research insights to designing and delivering engaging and transformative experiences that exceed my client's expectations. Over the course of my career, I've been involved in designing and implementing: - Dozens of online courses, using LMS's such as Moodle and LearnDash. - eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate (interactive modules), as well as graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator), Videos (AfterEffects, Camtasia), Audio (Audition), and writing (I also have a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing). I have intermediate or advanced skills with all of these tools. - Training programs for a range of businesses and organizations - virtual, blended and in-person. - A live course on Presentation Skills for university professors and PhD students, which I designed and taught for 6 semesters.
