Developing quality learning content has been my professional passion for years. I unabashedly can say that the position offers the type of work that I absolutely do best … and excites me! I am a seasoned learning experience/instructional designer and curriculum developer with 25+ years of experience and an impressive product portfolio showcasing learning assets that address unique learning and organizational needs. I have partnered with non-profit organizations, educational institutions, businesses, and blended learning companies that serve diverse audiences. Some of the recent projects I’ve been involved with demonstrate the range of the products I create and the clients with whom I work .. and the scope of my capabilities. •Harvard Graduate School of Education: content for an online course called How People Learn Past work includes editing and refining curricular materials as well as informing learning content in the role of curriculum consultant. I employ a rich development process (using various instructional design methods, such as Dialogue Education, UbD, and Design Thinking) to produce effective learning content delivered through a variety of virtual and F2F modalities. Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills, coupled with an extremely strong writing ability and creative thinking, make me an even stronger candidate. What I also offer is the ability to thoughtfully review, analyze, and reshape curricula so that they not only effectively engage learners, but also produce desired outcomes. I’m a quick tech study, too, meaning I can learn authoring software as needed.
