LMS Administration:
Assist with new system implementation and training
Ensure system architecture includes appropriate security access, hierarchy, and security policies
Ensure content is current, relevant, engaging, accurate and appropriate for optimized learning
Ensure optimized use of system resources and features
Support LMS integration with HRIS, Exchange or other key systems
Manage content deployment, access, assignments, track completions, and provide management reporting
Identify and assign any mandated federal, state, or field specific compliance training as needed
Support discovery of training gaps or need assessments to expand the training solutions and content library
Serve as primary LMS vendor contact to support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor management
Can provide long or short term LMS evaluation, optimization, implementation, integration, security, reporting, or content development and deployment support for organizations
