Managed a portfolio of over 300 leases. Performed accurate and detailed reconciliations of rent accounts to ensure compliance with lease terms. Worked with Managing Agents/Landlords to resolve discrepancies. Ensuring Option Period and Market Review are properly monitored and nothing is missed out. Guides the tenant with the provision of the lease that they are in full compliance as well as the Landlord. Reviews the lease and ensure that all the terms and conditions agreed in the Letter of Offer (LOO) and Disclosure Statement are the same. Note any variances and clarify with the Lessor/Lessor’s Solicitor/Managing Agent to update and correct. Prepare a Fortnightly Status Report for the client detailing the activities for every site. Formulates forms, templates, process and procedures to standardize and make the work more efficient. Checking of rental increase and ensure that the correct mechanism is applied (CPI or percentage calculation). Resolved tenant concerns with regard to rent, real estate taxes, fees and assessments in a timely manner. Maintained reports that recorded problems and concerns and store sales. Manage and arrange Managing Director’s meeting schedules and event. Implemented and maintained tenant database.
