• Respond quickly and with good judgment to various requests of lawyers • Coordinate meetings/events • Schedule personal appointments • Execute a wide variety of ad hoc administrative tasks for the client which may include bills payment, travel coordination, and internet research • Assists lawyers in the preparation of documents that require immediate action • Provides other related administrative support that may be needed • Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness • Encode and file basic documents and correspondence • Monitor deadlines and manage office calendar with tact and thoughtfulness • Direct and coordinate law office activity • Drafting and processing of minutes of meeting • Maintain legal files/ folders and other important documents
