International Commercial Contracts:
While pursuing my Master's degree in Law at Sapienza University of Rome in European Studies LM90, a course completely held in English focused on Comparative, European and International Law, I had the opportunity to deliver a research project for my thesis on international commercial contracts, thanks to the supervision of Att. Prof. Pier Guido Alpa, and to study the work of Lando Commission on the Principles of European Contract Law.
My strong academic performance, coupled with my experience as Legal Assistant at “Studio Legale Torre EF” and as Visiting Researcher at UNIDROIT Institute demonstrate my commitment to excel in the legal field. These experiences allowed me to hone my skills in research, communication, and teamwork. I had the opportunity to work with diverse teams, meet tight deadlines, and handle complex situations effectively. I believe these skills would be valuable to your organization.
Furthermore, I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as demonstrated by my involvement in various student and private associations, by taking part to the Erasmus+ Program in 2019 at Almeria University (ES), and my willingness to move travel and move abroad. These experiences have sharpened my ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Moreover, I possess strong language skills, being fluent in Italian, English and Spanish. This ensures my ability to communicate effectively with international clients and colleagues and highlights my adaptability and eagerness to learn.
