¨ Order, review and summarize medical records and bills in written, chronological evaluation.
¨ Review client intakes and enter information into case management system.
¨ Propound discovery and prepare discovery answers using file contents, client interview and online research.
¨ Report cases and settlements to Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance subrogation.
¨ Prepare motions, notices, subpoenas, complaints/petitions, answers and witness and exhibit lists.
¨ Call insurance companies to obtain claim information and/or open claim to send letters of representation.
¨ Communicate frequently with clients, attorneys, adjusters and medical experts and providers regarding case status.
¨ Utilize Accurint, Google, County Recorder/Treasurer Portals and Secretary of State websites to obtain property ownership and entity information.
¨ Order / request police reports and review for liability issues.
