If it's in English, I do it. Using Word or WordPerfect, I create, edit, format. I handle all formats including published (e.g., Turabian). I design all types of business forms from simple time/expense to the most complex accounting & statement forms as well as letterhead. I am masters' level in English and can handle edits for grammar. I know HTML coding and can use it within set parameters (e.g., the design of the page is set and I fill in the formatted text and perhaps pictures).
