I have worked in the legal field since I was 15 years old, starting as a file clerk and working up through the ranks. My skills have been honed from my 19 years of experience. My background is mostly in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and Social Security law. Although I am a quick and accurate typist, I am also well-versed in performing medical and legal research. I currently am employed as a paralegal in a medium-sized law firm in Middletown. My duties are numerous, serving on various committees within the firm such as collections, litigation, and staff morale, as well as the demands of a paralegal. Outside of work, I have published two pieces of writing, one a child's short story in a collection of stories, and the other a chapter in a friend's book on finding your authentic voice.
