The project I am proudest of was helping a large waste company to downsize to a mere dozen companies from the over 1100 small companies they previously had. In that project, I had to get each company back in good standing with the Dept. of Revenue of that state then file dissolution documents with the Secretary of State. In doing so I had to maintain progress charts and countless folders detailing each company's required forms, along with keeping in close contact with the head company's lead paralegal and accounting people.
