Jake dedicated his career to understanding the legal and business issues that affect all types of organizations, from nonprofits and government agencies, to LLCs, S-Corps and L3Cs. He enjoys immersing himself in client problems to achieve client objectives, such as getting through the start-up phase or other significant transitions. In 2011, Jake opened his own practice in Charlotte where he shared many great experiences helping clients move their visions forward. After taking a hiatus from his full time practice to help get Burlington Beer Company off the ground, he relocated his practice to the Chace Mill in Burlington.
