I am an attorney with work experience of over six years in three different jurisdictions - UK, Germany and India at top law firms in each country. Please feel free to visit my Linkedin profile. I am currently pursuing my masters of law (LL.M.) at University of California, Berkeley, the #1 ranked law school in the U.S. for intellectual property. My expertise lies in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with a special focus on intellectual property. I am also a qualified patent agent and have extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patents. I have held mid-level positions at law firms with experience leading teams for drafting and negotiating all manner of deals including but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions, Financings, Licensing and Assignments, Technology Transfer Agreements among others. I am also currently helping out several startups with contracts, non-disclosure agreements and patent searches.
