Worked on Drafting including IPR infringement suits, recovery , property and money matters ,debt

recovery matters of banks , summary suits etc, defences in these and infringement suits, applications etc. Handled and conducted patent infringement suits. Handled work relating to Trademark Registry, Copyright Office,  Drafting, prosecuting and contesting notices of opposition, counter statements for Trademark Registry proceedings independent. Arbitration cases related to breach of gas supply agreements, recovery of inter-corporate debts, building contracts etc.

Filing patent applications, opposing competitors’ patents and patent applications, Drafting technical patent specifications for new patent applications in collaboration with the engineering professionals from project and production departments, Prosecuting patent infringement and defending patent infringement suits in Delhi, Calcutta and Bombay (Mumbai) High Courts and Thane District Court, Maharashtra, Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements etc, Technology transfer agreements, licensing of patented technologies, Civil suits and criminal cases, Competition Law cases. Conducting due diligence in finding status of land and built up property before purchase for the company in Gurgaon and Delhi.

As Senior Legal Correspondent with PTI, writing articles and news analysis of legal cases heard in Delhi courts including high Court and the Supreme Court of India.
