Drafting, redrafting and reviewing various types of contracts such as: development, contracting, leasing, shareholders agreement (SHA), shares purchase agreement (SPA), labor contracts & etc..

Assisting with the incorporation of corporate entities (e.g., joint stock companies and limited liability companies); 2 ii. Preparation of the documentation of ordinary and extraordinary general meetings and board meetings of corporate entities and ratification of their minutes with General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI); iii. Assisting the clients with the change of the legal form of their corporate entities; iv. Assisting the clients with financing their corporate entities through capital increase; v. Assisting the clients with the liquidation procedures of their corporate entities; vi. Reviewing the draft agreements to be entered into by the clients including distribution agreements, public-private partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, and labor contracts. vii. Reviewing and assessing the documentation packages needed for financing through securitization, mortgage finance, leasing and IPO transactions. viii. Handling a several inspection cases before GAFI. ix. Handling complaints before FRA & EGX. x. Advising our clients regarding Capital Market Issues and on their engagement with FRA & EGX.
