I have a profound legal background with the ability to do Bluebook citations, use Westlaw, and write in IRAC. I had practical experience in international arbitration contracts, corporate law, criminal law, and international trade law. I have earned two LLM degrees. My Master of Law at Cairo University was mainly in arbitration and private international law. While serving as an associate at Ali & Co law firm, I petitioned, pleaded, and sought annulment on many arbitration awards.
I clerked at the Court of Common Pleas, PA. Served as an independent contractor-attorney at Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith Law Firm, Delaware, US. I also served as an associate attorney in three Egyptian law firms where I drafted petitions, appeals, briefs, opinions, and contracts, and prepared corporate documents such as partnership and shareholder agreements, and memorandums for individuals and businesses. I also served as a legal intern for Indiana University-Bloomington Student Legal Services (SLS).
