My most recent job was as an office manager and salesperson for an insurance agency. I ran the office, doing everything from completing costumer requests, answering emails, answering phone calls and questions from clients, and sales of insurance products. Before that, I worked as a lead teller at a bank, assisting other tellers with difficult transactions, and maintaining day to day operation of the bank. With both of these jobs, I was required to teach myself all of the necessary skills because of a lack of training personnel available when I started. I am a very fast learner and always strive for perfection when I am working on something, without sacrificing speed of completion. All of my jobs have involved customer service and I very much enjoy solving a problem or question to make customers happy. I am a very quick typist and test in at 70 WPM. I can also edit and proofread and document as I find correct grammar and English important in the business world.
