As a Virtual Assistant for 10 years, my job and responsibilities vary from each client's needs. I help with their business' administrative tasks which include, data entry, web research, email handling, appointment scheduling, and social media management among others. I have worked using different tools for newsletter, project management, and social media marketing, and while there are some that I personally prefer, I am at least familiar with most of them such as Aweber, Contactually, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Post Planner, etc. I am always excited to learn new things so if there is something specific you need me to do, you can ask me about it and you can expect that I will be honest with you if it's something I'm comfortable doing after of course, I give it a try first.
