I have and am capable of writing and editing professional cover letters to accompany resumes. I believe that my experience of development content editing, copy-editing and proofreading resumes as a Proposal Writer for three small business government contractors empowers me with the skills to complete this assignment. In this capacity in the past, I have had to re-write, re-organize and update job candidate resumes to submit with the technical proposals I produced to help my small business employers win federal government contracts in the fields of information technology, financial services and management consulting.
