Has working knowledge of various industry codes and standards including ACI 318 and 349, IEEE605, IEEE693, IEEE344, NESC, UBC, CBC, IBC, AISC 6th to 14th edition, ASCE 113, ASCE 7-10 and 7-16, ASHRAE & SMACNA, ASME B30.xx standards Moti has extensive experience in finite element modeling, static analysis, static coefficient analysis, dynamic analysis and time history analysis for seismic qualification of IEEE 344 and IEEE 693 equipment and support structures. He is proficient in utilizing structural programs for the qualification and analysis of equipment and is well-versed in the applicable national and international codes and standards. Moti maintains his Professional Civil Engineering license in the States of California, North Carolina, Oregon and Texas. He is also a NCEES Record holder and can obtain reciprocity by committee in any state. Moti holds Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
