My duty as a teacher is to teach grade/level using appropriate and innovative teaching strategies. Facilitates learning in the classroom and provide activities, appropriate and adequate instructional materials. Monitors and evaluates students progress regularly. Maintain and update school records. Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment, and behavior of one's students. Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual groups of students. Providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and on their further education and future careers; providing information on sources of more expert advice. Supports activities of government and non-government organizations.
