Can't find the right information at chapters on how to change how you look and feel? Can't stop eating/drinking? Already hired a "coach" with no lasting results? It's about change. Period. Having a trainer does not change you permanently. Having a nutritionist does not change you permanently. Most "coaches" have no life experience and therefore actually need a life change mentor themselves:) A life change mentor teaches principles instead of giving "programs" which are never truly customised because that is impossible. There is only "the plan that I can currently follow based on my ability to change" based on your real, working knowledge of all the subjects that are involved and being able to pinpoint the emotional and psychological barriers that you have put up so that you don't have to go through the discomfort of change. All positive change starts with discomfort or a "itch" that has to be addressed. For many the itch has to become an all out assault on their health before they will really surrender and be able to change.
