In the case of you deciding to take me as your lifecoach and we got to know each other and are on the same page, my approach, very much in line with my apprenticeship and in the very first phase of our cooperation, would focus on stabilizing ou as soon as possible if necessary. Here pragmatic advice and realistic steps to tackle the at this point hopefully obvious major issue would be put forward, so you can get some firm ground under your feet again and we begin with the actual getting down to the nitty-gritty.
After that is settled my therapeutic approach probably differs a bit from the usual, I personally believe firmly in the fact that mind, body and soul are way more intertwined and reciprocal as traditional psychiatric perspective takes into account. ‚Mens sana in corpore sano' as the Latin idiom goes, a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. So we would not only obviously work on and optimize your diet and movement and fitness routines (or get both going), find out together if there are some nutitrional deficiancies that usually are easily fixed, but also concentrate on your emotional life rather than just venting your issues in hourlong sessions that usually don't do much but make you understand your problem on a merely cognitive level over and over without actually fixing the root of the problem (which usually lies deeper than the mind can reach and desperately needs a closer look at your inner emotional universe).
Over the years, because of my own struggles, mentally, emotionally and physiologically, I was able to aquire a pretty broad arsenal of expertise and a variety of different methods that can every one in its own, depending on your individual character, be very helpful.
My German is fluent, as well as my English and I allready helped a lot of clients as well as friends to get things back under control and start to be able to enjoy this rich and colourful life again as it should be in the first place.
