I am a highly driven and succesful executive with over 30 years sales, marketing, training, coaching and commercial management experience. I have worked in many sectors and markets which has helped me to understand the challenges that we often face in both a professional and personal life. I established my own coaching and training consultancy in 2015 as i wanted to take control of the balance that I wanted in my life.

I have become a competent life coach working for individuals and also leadership teams in various organisations. I recently completed my ICF multi-cultural certification (COF) which has provided me with a more insightful questioning approach.

I also provide functional skills training in sales, marketing and client management together with essential skills training. My training style is very practical and where possible activity based. I have adapted workshops to be online but also available on a face to face basis.
