- Copy and paste the contact person's information or data into the spreadsheet
- Check for any missing information and fill in the missing data by researching via Google or on the internet
- Find the contact information like email address and contact number using Google search, through the website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other tools and platforms like RocketReach, Hunter.io, Zoominfo
- Verify that all leads and data are correct
