Almost 20 years of Linux experience. A "full stack" guy; from bare-metal to programming web apps over CDN. Love to make things faster and simpler. Automatized. Secure. Especially I am into making websites running faster. Many experience with Ruby on Rails, PHP and Wordpress. The key is: 1. to keep things under the full control. It's easy to just copy&paste from the stackoverflow.com and seeing it "just working" - but what if something goes wrong later? 2. the simplicity. Usually there is no need for another "shitstack on the top of itself", or orchestrating an orchestra. Too many layers don't make things more transparent, easier and faster.
