- Reviewing contracts and uploading documents for compliance: Opened and closed an average of 32 contract transactions for seller listings, 15 buyer, and 17 house listings opened every month. The transaction/contract documents included Listing agreements, listing addendum, seller's disclosures, HOA documents, etc.
- Creating social media content and and reached approximately 38% more of the audiences after posting Coming Soon, New Listings, Open Houses, Sold listings on both Facebook, Instagram, and client's Google Business.
- Coordinated with agents in team for the schedule for client’s financial, closing, and inspection contingencies.
- Managed 84.2% of the updated active and pending listings with client’s in 2023 team Google Sheet spreadsheet weekly to check brokerage commissions.
- Used MS Sway (individual listing website), BombBomb (video marketing), and FollowUp (client database) boss to send marketing emails and videos about Coming Soon, New Listings, Open Houses, and Sold listings.
