? Managing and maintaining the Learning Module System (LMS) according to established standards ? To test, upload courses, manage classroom training sessions and to design learning portal on need basis ? Developing and providing reports on a regular basis to the management ? To rollout surveys and quizzes for colleagues ? Providing analytical report data for decision making on a monthly basis to the UK counterpart ? Managing the training portal's editorial content in an ongoing basis to communicate up to date and pertinent training information ? Planning and collaborating with stakeholder on the LMS by helping the UK counterpart/client to measure the achievement and to provide scores for Area Manager and Senior Operation Managers in driving learning among the colleagues ? Process improvement and documentation by investigation and testing on LMS to perform quality check activities ? Creating trackers and checklists to the management to ensure the process standards are met ? Directory/database management ? People data changes (leavers/movers/new joiners) ? Manage user access within the LMS ? Making content changes in Learning Portal as per UK counterpart’s instruction ? Resolving queries and responding to mails of the UK employees in the mailbox and chat box ? Course owner support to UK admins via webex
