Designing, planning, organizing & ensuring the Technical Training compliance of the site in order to meet current regulatory requirements. Responsible to face the audits on Training front. Developing and designing the methodologies to improve the effectiveness of training. Outlines of Job: Responsible to handle the internationally recognized software SABA. Responsible to ensure the training compliance of the site through LMS (Learning Management System). Responsible to handle all the training related happening at the site. Responsible for Training Need Identification for the individuals. Responsible for induction of new joinees. Responsible to develop the OJT (On-Job Training) for new joinees. Responsible to derive the E&T Pillar in TPM. Responsible to apply the ERR (Error Risk Reduction) in human error related failures. Responsible to organize remedial trainings for Deviation, Reprocessing, Reworking, CAPA etc. Responsible to ensure the training Compliance of the site employees (Permanent & Contractual). Responsible to create training modules. Coordination with agencies for external trainings Handling of electronic QAMS system for quality management documents. Working as reviewer to evaluate the impact of changes on training. Working as Champion for Training & Competence process in ISRS. Conducting internal audit of Training System at various sites. Harmonization of training activities across all the locations. Monthly Evaluation of different functions on training front. Designing & organizing various employee engagement program to enhance the learning. Coordination with DTC (Department Training Coordinators) for ensuring the smooth training
