Assists Mortgage Brokers in submitting and tracking home loan applications with the banks. Communicates with clients and bank staff either via phone call or email for updates to an ongoing application. Conducts daily reporting to the respective broker for ongoing applications and their status. Developed training materials and conduct training for newly-hired Loan Processing Virtual Assistants. Prepares and analyzes cash flow reports. Maintains and develops a good working relationship with fellow loan processors and bank staff.
