I worked as a Debt Capital Market manager and was responsible for raising funds over 7 years . I organised different deals: credit facilities, domestic bonds, eurobonds for 2 Russian manufacturing companies (one of them was public). So I could offer my support during a deal implementation including revising documentation, writing reports and information memorandums (business section), presentations preparation based on financial data, loans administration, credit portfolio monitoring, debt repayment schedule preparation.
