- Coordinates with buyer and supplier for exportation and importation. 

- Prepare required shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB C.O) for exportation and importation. 

- Properly check shipping documents if all are in order. 

- Inquire rates/quotes to shipping lines and cargo forwarders. 

- Send a booking request to shipping lines and cargo forwarders. 

- Monitor and track shipment and delivery, shipping cost, and billings from forwarder. 

- Coordinate with customs brokers and trucking companies 

- Broker Truck Freight 

- Make and process Certificate of Origin Forms 

- Ensure that service contracts with shipping lines, carriers, and other third parties are active and up to date 

- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the top management.
