I have more than 11 years of experience in procurement, operations, customer service, logistics and sales in the freight forwarding industry in Dubai (I was an Assistant Manager). I have dealt with different kinds of people and I have gained confidence and knowledge in handling clients, agents, officials of diverse backgrounds in which I have developed a very strong interpersonal communication and customer assessment skills hence I easily build a good rapport with anyone. I am tech-savvy and I have an in-depth knowledge of the majority of the applications/programs. Well, I know it is hard to hire someone online whom you can trust that will handle the responsibility responsibly. As for me, I always put my heart into what I do and I do it passionately so that I won't feel that it is a burden on me and for that, I will love what I do and be happy with it and grow with it.
