• Daily coordination and management of the IOM fleet at Lagos office and other transportation-related activities of the sub-office. • Led the transition to a paperless exercise by implementing an electronic vehicle request system and a faster, safer and more accurate business system. • Maintaining systematic records of passengers picked and transported, overall fuel charges, total mileage covered, maintenance charges, and analyzing these data to generate a report. • Plan routine maintenance, prepare monthly reports and provide support for logistics-related activities of the fleet unit. • Collaborate closely with the procurement and logistics unit to improve on existing templates for the reporting of fleet-related activities, and the creation of the daily transportation plan. • Ensure the implementation of IOM vehicle usage policy for effective and efficient work-related activities.
