Hi, I am Nurhaida Ayu. I am a recent graduate with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources Management. I am currently seeking for a freelance job.   Throughout my academic career, I was consistently praised as hard-working by my lecturers and friends. While working on academic projects, I have developed proven communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills which I hope to leverage into the HR field. As a Human Resource Management student, I have become equipped with the necessary knowledge that comes with the position including manpower recruitment, workforce organization, personnel training, performance management, compensation, and benefits as well as legal provisions and other labour concerns.
