When starting this process we requested a logo that was classic and scalable. Vic surprised us by suppling a sample before we even asked for one or chose her as the supplier. In doing this she delighted us and immediately built a trust relationship. We worked with Vic for just under a week and each and every time she delighted us with the changes requested, often offering help and advice to best presentation as we went.
